Oh my goodness. *weeps* This is...wow, babe, this is haunting.

The emotions are so stark, so raw, that it's nearly overwhelming. I can feel Scorpius' pain as he tries to get out of the shadow of a Potter. The way that parallels Harry and Draco's childhood is gorgeous, by the way. I can feel Scorpius' hurt at being rejected so awfully by Harry. And Al's taunting, I can feel that breaking point for Scorpius so very vividly.

God, the love that Draco has for his son. Absolutely stunning.

You write emotions so beautifully. This is fantastic, sweetness.

OMG how chilling. So incredibly moving and amazingly written (as per usual). Right up until the end I thought it was going to be a 'Draco found out about Harry doing Scorpius and took revenge on Al' fic, but *bloody hell* I'm glad I was wrong, because this was utterly brilliant. I can picture Draco taking the fall to protect Scorpius, just like Lucius would have done the same for him. Such an excellent fic...

I think this has to be one of the best fics I've ever read. The love between Draco and Scorpius is so real, and I never once suspected the ending, and you described every feeling so perfectly. I agree with everyone else - it was haunting, chilling and poignant. I liked the style, how it went backwards, and all the little details and muh muh muh I'm a bit incoherent because it's late but honestly, this was utterly brillant. *loves on you and this fic* ♥♥♥
