Yes, I agree. From week to week I am watching the show and it is so different the characters and the show than the Dean and Sam that I ever wrote before in fiction.

I've been unable to write Dean/Sam because I can't seem to make them go backwards into season 2 or 3 which is what I had been writing.

I love SPN, but anymore I sit and watch and go along for the ride. Maybe one day I can write more than 100 words at a time.
