I hope you do write extra scenes for this, I love your Gabriel, I'd love to see what he and Cas get up to now that they have their respective Winchesters! ♥

So I did stay up and read this and got through it faster than expected actually, lol. Absolutely delightful and my heart just swelled as Sam got closer and closer to meeting Gabriel. I was freaking out probably as much as Mary was when wee!Sammy climbed up onto the roof. (I have to say I really loved part two with the scenes from Sam growing up and the look into the world you created here.) I also adored Dean's emotionally-clumsy self and the growth of his closeness with Castiel.

My one disappointment was wanting to see more Gabriel/Sam goodness. They're my OTP and I'm always wanting more. I'm hoping that if you do indeed write some extra scenes that you'll dedicate time to those two. :3

(And I had to laugh at the note at the end about Jenova because my brain totally had auto-corrected it in the fic so I didn't see the reference. But then it delighted me and I love that you fit yet another pop culture reference in..... And now my tired brain is whispering to me "what if the SPN characters took the roles in FF7?" shutupbrain.)

This is absolutely amazing. I have been laughing and crying the last half hour. Dean and Castiel were perfect. And my heart absolutely ached for poor Sam. Part of me thinks Gabriel was a big bag of dicks for letting him pine like that. Mean Gabriel! But at least his heart was in the right place.

I'd love love LOVE to see more of this verse, at some point. Extra scenes, more stuff about the boys and their angels, John and Mary's reactions when Dean tells them about Cas, anything! It's too gorgeous to end here.

Absolutely wonderful! I love your snarky Gabriel and wee little soul ball Sam is just adorable. I like how you wrote Sam growing up with the bond and the longing, it felt realistic for a pretend thing. (does that make any sense?) Dean and Cas were note perfect as well with Dean being unable to articulate actual emotions and Castiel's bluntness is never not funny.

I do hope you write more in this verse, the story ended far too soon. :)
