Notes: Since Siegfried is going to learn gardening, he's determined to do it right.
Since Siegfried had decided that it would be more financially sound to take care of his small garden area himself rather than hire a gardener, he thought he ought to at least learn how to do things right. Siegfried could count on one hand the number of things he knew about maintaining a garden, and all he knew for certain about his garden was that he wanted to grow roses.
What Siegfried did know, however, was shopping. Thus he found himself in the Mesos district, examining any place which offered plant-related things for sale. He wandered and made notes of what he would need, prices, and various tidbits of advice that he was given. Siegfried was determined to do this right. No von Schroider accepted failure as an option in anything.
