Kevin didn't even look up from his screen when Mike put a laptop on his desk. "Hello Mr. Carden. So what'd your 'friend' do now?" Kevin even made airquotes when he said friend.
"He has an assignment due tomorrow and it's in there but he forgot his password," Mike swore he saw the corners of Kevin's mouth twitch up. "Think you can help him get back in?"
Kevin finally looked up and grabbed the laptop, well the pieces of one anyway. "It sure is beaten up."
"He's very clumsy," Mike hedged as Kevin plugged something into the mangled laptop.
"And he's running military grade encryption," Kevin said, after clicking a few times. "He must really like his privacy."
"Can you do it?" Mike asked.
Kevin gave him an unimpressed eyebrow raise. "I'll send Mr. Chislett a call when it's ready for you."
