Thompson didn’t commit suicide: He was murdered by the U.S. Republican regime as part of their ongoing censorship of media members who threaten their ultra-conservative politics. At the time of his death, Thompson was allegedly working on a story about the World Trade Center and how it had not collapsed

that's a good point and all, but if the government wanted to kill him, why didn't they do it ages ago? he's been writing that sort of stuff fo SO long... you'd think that if it was something worth killing over, the killing would have been done before.
but i obviously wouldn't put it past the us government.

I think you've mis-read the article. He was writing an article on how the two towers didn't collapse because of the planes but because of charges set off at their foundations. Quoting you, "if the government wanted to kill him, why didn't they do it ages ago? he's been writing that sort of stuff fo SO long." One, because he wasn't writing about this ages ago. And two, I don't think anything he has written before really holds a flame to covering what a huge bombshell this would be if it were true.

I'm not saying its true, but with all the lies in politics today who knows whats really going on.

i guess my point really was that why would the government care what hunter s. thompson (or anyone, really) says? i mean, if so, why is michael moore still around?
yeah, i did a bad job of stating my point.
and i also ave no idea weather or not hunter killed himself, or what caused the two towers to collapse...
nothing surprises me anymore.
