There are little things that make me incredibly sad when they shouldn't because I know it already and seeing it shouldn't make me this sad, but it does and then i feel like i need to throw up and my body just starts hurting and i can't stand it.

I had my second meeting with my counsellor. She is proud of my epiphany, I explained it to her and she said that most people don't realize that and that they should. So, yesterday, I trained for a long time, 3 hours, on one bus, I did training for all the other buses in like 2 hours. I guess the first guy wasn't a very good trainer.
