Well... yes. It's... it's a perfectly valid career choice.

Yeah, I guess so. So you really meant all that stuff about ruling the world and everything?

Of course! The world needs someone... someone who will take the stampede of society by the horns.

Oh? This should be interesting. What do you want to know?

...It'd be kind of nice to know where I am.

This place is called The City by its... citizens. All of its citizens here were pulled here again their will as well.

Pulled here? By what?

...And couldn't you guys have come up with a better name? [The City. That's about as original as sarcasm.]

A villain...

You're in a place called the City, everyone here has been kidnapped by deities that don't seem to have any specific agenda. Occasionally they like to mess with the rules of reality.

Mess with... the rules of reality? What, do they like turning off the gravity and stuff?

[For the first time ever, he considers building a gravity beam, instead of an antigravity beam.]

...But that was my evil plan.

[One of them. Potentially.]

Well, something like that. They make crazy things happen every other day. Last week the city became a summer camp and I had to fight a bear. A few weeks ago I was turned into a girl and my roommate into a boy. Another time they just stuck us on some kind of wagon trip with no food.

Why do you want to be evil?

societyslipping July 16 2011, 02:43:21 UTC
...They- Wait, wait, wait. They turned you into a girl? People are fighting bears? Just... just what kind of place is this?

[Normally, he'd be delighted to soapbox about his evil intentions, but possible starvation seems more important.]

...I'm evil because it gets things done. Society is rotten, so if you want to fix it, you need to oppose it. But... it seems like this place is even worse than society...

Just... What?

I don't just call myself a villain, I am one. I mean... I have a Ph.D in Horribleness, gotta do something with it, right?

Well... who's going to take you seriously as a villain unless you can get some credentials to back it up!
