Well, the conventional advice is to drink lots of fluids. Also, if you can barely stand up, GO TO BED! Read a book or sleep, so you don't fall over and break your skull on the coffee table!
Hope you feel better soon. Go to the doctor if it starts getting worse?
Quick googling tells me that fluid replacement is a priority, so... oral rehydration fluid?
Normally I'd say water with some sugar and salt and orange juice in, but sugar would probably just make things worse, so cut the sugar. The orange juice is for the potassium, though a banana would be better.

It's an infection.
Took us SIX HOURS at the hospital to determine this.
Then they admitted her. I am now home to get something vaguely resembling sleep.
Upside, it's not ketoacidosis.
