It's a fandom thing. House Sparklypoo is where all of those Harry Potter Mary Sues get sorted. You know, they all have fabulously powerful magic, vibrant purple eyes, lush hair that changes color according to mood, Animagus forms like tigers and dragons and kittens, and they're frequently the long-lost sister/cousin/daughter/soulmate of a major canon character.

Sparklypoo is the House with the pink wall-to-wall and champagne on tap, of course. Possibly also a direct pipeline to whichever company makes Courvoisier.
