So i recently got Buffy (the movie, not the show) in from swapadvd.com. I freaking love this movie! Which is why when the SHOW came out i was so bullshit... because the movie was a comedy... the show was some crybaby drama. (Ooops sorry to any fans, haha, i really can't stand it.) But seriously, such a funny movie ("Kill him a LOT") and OMG, i ( Read more... )

Ditto.

And on the planner - I print out pages on my computer, cut them in half, and then use a three hole punch to make them fit. It took a bit of practice to get them just right, but now I never have to buy planner paper again!

Can I get your recipe for laundry soap? The stuff I use just isn't cutting it anymore pricewise.

The recipe i use is here:

I also dumped in a bottle of BBW body splash that i've had for YEARS. Cucumber and Green Tea. It added a nice scent! :)

Sweet. Thank you!

BTW. I have a bunch of lavender that I don't think I'll ever use. Do you want it?

yeaaa for Karma yarn!!

You know I always end up buying a new planner too! I look for packets to buy but your right, never the right size. Too big or too small. I think they do it on purpose so people just buy a new one.

SO.

How the eff am I supposed to make Bailey's float on top of Whiskey for car bombs. I gave up last night and just accepted the fact that I couldn't make it happen. For future reference, what kind of magic am I suppose to use? I thought the magic involved a spoon but I might be making that up.

Love, Jen

Hmmm, i've never actually floated Bailey's on whiskey i don't think. It all depends on the density of the liquid... Bailey's might be heavier than the whiskey, so you might try reversing them. I know when making a butterball the Bailey's is on top, but... hmm....
And yes, a spoon is usually involved.. put the spoon upside-down over the glass and have it touching the inside of the glass... that'll help the liquid follow the side and float on top instead of its weight sending it in the middle to mix.
But ANYWAY, if you're just going to be tossing it into a pint of Guinness, i don't think it matters how pretty it is! :) And have you ever made a Baby Guinness? It's a pretty yummy shot, actually... you fill a shot glass with Tia Maria about 3/4 the way up, and float Bailey's on top. It looks just like a little Guinness with a head. haha. :D

Thanks homeslice. I didn't really care too much about floating anything properly, since i did just drop the whole effing thing in a glass of guinness anyway. Later i skipped the whiskey entirely, because GOD ALMIGHTY I hate whiskey.
