Flisters? Help.

Hola. I need some help from my El Journal savvy flisters and/or lurkers (I love lurkers, they are awesome!).

Here's the deal: I’ve opened a new El Journal account to make a new and cozy home for my stories, original and fanfiction. I need help with the layout bit. How does a girl put a header banner on top of the journal page? I am so clueless
