You know the truth is that they didn't choreograph it to be realistic, they choreographed it to be interesting and exciting and dramatic. If both sides had been more REASONABLE than it wouldn't have been any fun to watch, you know? unless it had been like a two-hour movie about a heist like Ocean's Eleven or something. You know what I mean?

re: surveillance, I think it's more that they wanted the killjoys, and they wanted them inside an enclosed space that they couldn't possibly fight their way out of, so they lured them in with Grace and then got them.

also I am super curious about the woman as well, why she has a sword, where she went, maybe they're setting us up for movie #3.

p.s. that last paragraph of the fic kills jsyk, that's about the feeling I get from a Drac/former Drac.

I saw in a behind-the-scenes of SING where Gerard held up the sword and said something like, "We'll see you in the next video, where THIS will be used." He was grinning.

Thanks! Glad I got across the Drac feeling. Of course it's easy with Mikey, he's Mr. Stoicism anyway.

Also! I was thinking about Grace - maybe they weren't shooting her on purpose? I mean. They can clearly hit the Killjoys, and she's just standing around. Maybe she's important or something. Maybe she leads them to the Killjoys or to Dr. Death or maybe she's...something. The lady did grin super weirdly at her.
