Now, Draco wasn't stupid but he wasn't about to let go of his pride, either. He instructed Goyle (though he might be lacking in his magical ability, he still knew how to hold a guy down for the attack) to keep his distance and to jump in if things looked bad.

Goyle was willing to do just about anything for Draco since he didn't make the Quidditch team and thought Draco was mad at him for one reason or another.

As hard as Draco tried, he could not find a stitch of information on the Room of Requirement. Instead, he had taken to tracking Harry around the castle for the last hour or so, waiting for the corridor to be empty.

Finally.

Going up the staircase, they were alone (with the exception of Goyle several meters behind) and Draco knew he had to make his move.

He withdrew his wand sent a Tripping Hex at Potter's feet and ducked into the shadows.

The hex hit him just as he passed the wall hanging for the second time. His feet falling beneath his body, Harry held his hands out in hopes to break the fall. He nose hit the cold ground with a slight thud and he could feel blood begin to trickle from it.

Bloody fuck.

Rushing to his feet, he pulled his wand out.

"Malfoy-- I know it's you," he said as he wiped his hand across his nose. "Don't be such a bloody pansy and get your arse out here."

Once Goyle was in comfortable range, Draco straightened up, his wand at the ready, as he climbed up the staircase. It seemed that his hex was well received.

"You've got something right there, Potter," Draco said indicating to his upper lip with his spare hand.

Harry smirked as he felt the blood trickle down his lip. At that very moment, he let his wand point directly at the same spot of Draco's face. Then, he threw a jet of bright red sparks at the boys face.

He would rather enjoy to see Draco's eyebrows singed right off.

"Hm. Fancy that, Malfoy," he smirked, before finally wiping his upper lip.
