Putting It All Back Together

I reinstalled TS2 last night. All went pretty smoothly until I got to the Holiday pack, then I got a popup saying that it might not have installed correctly. I hit "retry" and it went through, so I hope that worked, or is just a wacky Win 7 thing. I certainly hope I don't have to redo that all over again. *crossing fingers

I must have repacked the sims after I discovered it on my last install, because it didn't come up. However, there were some "unknown" files with gibberish filenames. I set them aside in a separate folder for now, and I'll run it through clean installer. I know I have a few old cosmetics with weird names like that.

I got all my lots placed in Belladonna Cove now. Next up, adding the families. :)

As frustrating as it can be, I think there's a certain satisfaction to getting it all back in order.
