Huh! The only in-depth book I've read on this topic is Whipping Girl. Which had a lot of very good and very basic stuff in it. But it also often got up on a soapbox and yelled at me without even providing anecdotal evidence. And sometimes that rubbed me the wrong way.

I think Haddayr is going to lend me her copy of that one. I am hoping to find more books about this sort of thing as I go along.
