Maybe it falls in the realm of Bridezilla, but too bad for them.

I'm not re-doing seating charts 2 weeks (or less) out from my wedding. I've got a million other things to worry about.

If I plan for someone and they don't show up, that's different. But trying to fit someone else in is a problem.

I was always taught that, if there wasn't a date on the invitation, you should reply within three weeks at the outside. Two is better. If they take four and a half months to reply, sucks to be them.

Thank you! I thought it was implied as well that when you're invited to a formal function that you respond ASAP as well.

I'm not going to spend the last weeks leading up to my wedding RE-DOING a seating chart. No, no. Not doing it. It's enough stress making sure everything is together and ready to go as it is.
