I'm consolidating command of the MLE and Aurors as we speak, working with the heads of the various units. Authorisation for deadly force has to go through proper channels but it shouldn't be long in coming; you ought to have official validation by tonight. Just as well -- your place is with Lupin right now.

Though if you were to torture the bastards to death before you happened to be authorised, well, I foresee the paperwork concerning it might be tragically misplaced.
