It's a Firefox (Greasemonkey) plugin (and also for Chrome, I think?) - basically it gives you a list where you can type in shit to avoid and then every post containing these words will be filtered / collapsed but you can still click to expand them. You can get it here and it will look like this on your dash:
I found that I had to use Tumblr for ages before I really got any use out of it. And I still don't think I've really got the hang of it - the fact that people do RPs on there for example confuses the heck out of me as find it awkward for anything other than picture posts. I'm not really sure why I use it so much to be honest, given that it mainly just reinforces my paranoia that no one realises I exist.
I haven't actually watched that Lost clip because I hate spoofs. I realise this probably means I have no sense of humour.
