Title: Tell Me That I'm Good (Mississippi Part 3)
Rating: R
Who?: Sonny/Chris
“You and your uncle get on all right?” He’s looking at me sideways, curious. I don’t want it to be like this, I’ve gotta tell him.
“Sonny…, he ain’t my uncle. I just tell people that, makes things easier.” He looks confused.
“He’s my…” Fuck, I don’t know. Boyfriend?

I am glad Chris was honest with Sonny about who Sam is. Loved the line about it being so rare that someone is surprised and not disappointed. So true. I really am curious as to where he goes from here with that knowledge. I hope not a damn thing changes.
I hope this fantasy life lasts forever. For some reason, its the most real thing they both seem to have.
I could just taste Sonny's tart Mulberry coated finger.
Three legged races, drunk bees and hazy conversations on the grass.
Thanks for reminding me why I love the south. =)

The siamese twins thing; for Sonny to give Chris that. Dude, how do you know?
Both of them with their lost brothers. Yes. I can see that so well.
Just every little detail in this story is like magic to me. I'm losing my ability to leave a decent comment anymore because I'm just so blown away by this story. And the flow between them seems so natural, so right.
I'm so happy you are giving Sonny this, and Chris too. Shit in the last chapter when Chris tells Sonny how old he is and he doesn't see the expected disappointment. Oh that gutted me.
Thank you. A thousand times thank you. And that is not hyperbole.

The interaction between Chris and Sonny feels so easy and intimate. Piece by piece, they share little bits with each other. And the more they share, it seems they just want to give and take. Like Siamese twins, lost brothers, kindred spirits.
I adore how skittish and shy Sonny is with Chris, even after everything they’d shared so far. And Chris gets to me, I love how gentle and patient Chris is. And when they are together it all feels so intimate and sweet.
Thank you for continuing this story, it is one of my favorites right now.
