The jeans being equally faded and almost becoming one? Sweet baby jesus kill me now. I am in love with these two. Pure and simple. Every time Sonny talks or mutters or talks about his past, I'm just a puddle on the floor, helpless and at his will.

I am glad Chris was honest with Sonny about who Sam is. Loved the line about it being so rare that someone is surprised and not disappointed. So true. I really am curious as to where he goes from here with that knowledge. I hope not a damn thing changes.

I hope this fantasy life lasts forever. For some reason, its the most real thing they both seem to have.

I could just taste Sonny's tart Mulberry coated finger.

Three legged races, drunk bees and hazy conversations on the grass.

Thanks for reminding me why I love the south. =)

I like writing this because I get to put all my favorite things in it. I don't know why Sonny puts up with my whimsy but he does and I'm glad; he needs it. Thanks for your thoughts, I appreciate them.

I wish I could live in your mind for one day.

The siamese twins thing; for Sonny to give Chris that. Dude, how do you know?

Both of them with their lost brothers. Yes. I can see that so well.

Just every little detail in this story is like magic to me. I'm losing my ability to leave a decent comment anymore because I'm just so blown away by this story. And the flow between them seems so natural, so right.

I'm so happy you are giving Sonny this, and Chris too. Shit in the last chapter when Chris tells Sonny how old he is and he doesn't see the expected disappointment. Oh that gutted me.

Thank you. A thousand times thank you. And that is not hyperbole.

I kind of wish you could live in my mind for a day too. I like living here but sometimes I need a break because this is pretty much all I think about. It would be nice to focus on, oh I don't know, my career, my future, stupid stuff like that once in a while. I love that you get what they have, thank you.

I was seriously so happy to see you update, I have been thinking a lot about Sonny lately, especially since I started reading this story.

The interaction between Chris and Sonny feels so easy and intimate. Piece by piece, they share little bits with each other. And the more they share, it seems they just want to give and take. Like Siamese twins, lost brothers, kindred spirits.

I adore how skittish and shy Sonny is with Chris, even after everything they’d shared so far. And Chris gets to me, I love how gentle and patient Chris is. And when they are together it all feels so intimate and sweet.

Thank you for continuing this story, it is one of my favorites right now.

I'm so glad you like them, I do too. :) Sonny has always broken my heart. I want him to have a life that he deserves, not the depressing one he's been handed. This was a lovely comment, thank you for letting me know that you enjoyed the story.

Wow! That just seemed so real. I'm really liking this very much and hope to see more updates soon. This is a stretch out of my two main fandoms but I really think I could make room for a third.

I'm a comment junkie so there is no such thing as a late comment. :) Details are really important to me (God's in them, right?) so thanks for noticing them. Glad you enjoyed reading it, I love writing it.
