Oh my god, I loved this. I haven't read this story yet, even though it's been on my "to read" list for a long time now, but for some reason I saw this posted and decided to read it. I seriously can't believe what I've been missing. You are an incredibly talented writer. This has kind of a southern gothic feel, you know? I love this:

I do love the south, everything's just more lush there. I figure if I can't live there at least they can. I was a lilttle worried about messing with Sonny but I'm glad I did, he deserves for someone to be nice to him. Thanks for your kind words about the story, I'm glad you liked it.

I really enjoy your writing, this was very gentle and sweet and giving.

And I love legend's. I believe legend's have some truth to the story perhaps distorted and embellished with each telling but still very intriguing.

Sonny really needed that. And for it to be Chris...

It was nice and slow and measured - just how I think they'd be together...

My favourite part was :
**He had been resting his head on the seat, now he rolls it towards me. “No. Those are just stories. Guess they’re fun to think about but that’s it.” His voice is so low and sweet.**

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sonny deserves so much more than he gets in canon, so I figured that it would need to be someone outside of canon who gives it to him. And really, who better than Chris? They may very well meet again because now I'm obsessed with them. :) Thanks for letting me know you liked this.
