 Title: 89' Comanche - Chapter 3

Rating: PG
Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction based on characters beloning to Milo Addica and Will Rokos.  I make no money from this.

Notes: I love Monster's Ball which is strange since I hated it the first time I saw it.  This is how I see Sonny.
Warnings: Just generally depressing.  Sorry.

Thank you for immortalizing in words one of my favorite scenes from the film.

I'd give a lot to have that drawing, especially now.

I really love hearing Sonny's thoughts. And I'm so glad you are writing this; and a tad envious, because I wished I'd thought to do so myself, but I know I couldn't possibly have come close to portraying Sonny with such masterfulness as you have done.

I know that girls think I’m handsome when they first see me, but it never lasts. It’s never long before they start to see what I see, when I look into the mirror. Ah, that broke my heart. And I know that is what Sonny really thought.

Thank you once again for this.

You are so generous, thank you. I consider this payback for all the times I thought, "I wish I was writing about carnies, trains, New Orleans, mental hospitals, etc..". Clearly I love this scence as well, Heath just kills me everytime.

I don't mind at all. The stuff I write about might make some people uncomfortable depending on where they're coming from, so make sure to read the warnings first! If you do decide to read I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

* I think I'm getting used to the soy smell. I didn't notice it nearly as much today, even though I'm compulsively checking my wrists now. :)

Oh shit. I don't know what it was about this but it really got to me. Maybe it was the first few lines and maybe that's because that's the way I've always seen Sonny, the way I've always looked at him.

I'm jealous of how well you write him, Placing his legs in certain places, letting the man pull him down with him, comparing the feeling to how it feels when he comes. You make me fall in love with this broken boy all over again. I would go beyond thinking he was good looking and never change my mind.

I always thought he and Lawrence would have been friends. Sonny would have had a lot of friends outside of the world he was cursed to live in.

You just remind me of the powerful performance Heath handed to us on a silver platter. Gives me chills.

I have a secret. I've been fighting the temptation to hook Sonny up with a guy, so thanks for commenting on the first couple of lines, they're all I have. I love him so much I don't want to mess with him by making him do something I'm not sure about. Heath truly did give us Sonny. The lines aren't what break your heart.

I would certainly read such a story.

Alexis and I were talking a few weeks back about a Sonny and Sonny story. Sonny from MB and Sonny from the film Sonny (which I'm sure no one but me and Nick Cage have seen) where James Franco plays Sonny, a male sexual worker.

Anyway, its odd you mentioned that. I'd love to see Sonny with a guy, if he leads you in that direction.

:) You'd be hard pressed to find a hustler movie made within the last twenty years that I haven't seen. I'm all about the working boys. I don't know if I can set Sonny up with a hustler though. If anything, we'll be talking about some inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Hmm.

Thanks for your kind words about this story. I have a totaly thing for Sonny. Heath did so much with the few lines/scenes he had. That, however, is simply not enough for me. I am Sonny obsessed so...
I don't know how much more straight Comanche I'll write but I did do a Chris/Sonny one-shot and I'm thinking about continuing that. I appreciate you letting me know that you reading and enjoying this.

Oh trust me, I have some idea of how much you love Sonny since I'm right there with you. :) He's so.....I don't know, I just love him. I'm really glad that you felt this story captures his voice, it's important to me that it does. Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed it.
