New Tool Responsibility / The Gang Back Together

A couple weeks ago, I mentioned in a journal entry that I was finally truly settling into my not-so-new-anymore job. I talked about the stress of the unknown being gone and getting along great with my co-workers. Always be happy with training. Employers don't train and add additional work to people they don't like. Hopefully they will eventually get you better and better opportunities to advance within the company....
maybe some done you can run the place!!!

Ehh I'm just griping about training simply because I recently got completely comfortable and competent with the job and new training means added responsibility, unease, stress and the obvious added workload on top of what I'm already doing with no extra incentive. I know they want coverage on the various tools that produce wafers and that makes sense but it means they'll be getting even more out of me without paying me anything. And yea, I think I'm occasionally allowed to be concerned/petty/selfish about my income and sometimes I am in the mood to not be happy with extra work for no extra pay. Shouldn't everyone be? After all, I'm still a temp and even though I've got some of the keys to the castle doing my IT gig, there's no sign they're hiring me in anytime soon...
