10 days have gone by since I arrived in Boise, and I guess things are going well. It's really felt like I've stepped back in time and am at college again. Being Jaci's roommate is just like living in a dorm and reminds me of the camaraderie I shared with roommates back at EOU. Yea, I don't know what to say about Jaci's ex. An evil part of me deep down is chuckling at that guy's inability to be an adult about me being around. If they aren't a couple, why is he so bent about this? For my part, I've done my best not to bring the guy up to Jaci in conversation. It's Jaci's friend; I don't want to put undue focus on him or speak negatively of him.

My folks will probably nail Val to the cross if she tries anything with them that she does at her place. If they catch one single alcoholic drink, she's gone. They're being nice because she's going through the Worst Breakup Ever™, but I find it interesting that she picked the moment I left to move in. Oof.
