Japan is starting to do a whole lot for Halloween, at least in some places. Kawasaki Station area was like Halloween CITY. The parade was all-out and everything! People even go trick-or-treating now in some areas. My friend in Azabu says she gets about 100 kids coming in the last few years. So it's getting bigger.
