it's from George R.R. Martin's A Storm of Swords, which actually does not have very many even though it's like a 1000 page book. This is maybe one of two in the whole thing, which is more than I can say for SOME 200 page book authors. But I'm not going to name names. *cough*CharlaineHarris*cough*
