The Supreme Court has just ruled, in a bipartisan decision, that the police can seize property and even use that as evidence against you in the case of an invalid and illegal arrest. It can't be overturned, the entire Supreme Court supported the decision and so did George Bush. And there is nobody higher than the Supreme Court, so there is only one "appeal" I can think of

Wow. Now that you have precedence in the states for no more unlawful searches, I wonder if and how long it will take for the SC of Canada to use this as an example to do the same.

I can't see this being good at all.
