today was kind of fun. did nothing at all but it was still just enjoyable to do nothing. my brother came back from florida and told us about all the stuff he did at disneyworld. he really enjoyed it. and he talked about how there is are so many murders there. he was like "there are so many murders, that's all that is on the news, just murders." lol ( Read more... )

Bah somethings we can talk with about others, others its neck and neck when you debate over politics. Never can win no matter if you agree or not. It's an endless debate on nothing. I guess. it's just that it gets kind of depressing talking about those things. and then of course when people are opposed to something they usually see you in a different light and part of that has to do with how issues are blown out to be so big partly because of how they are basically marketed to people and idiotic biases come up. yuck, yuck, yuck. lol

i don't even think about politics. i swear i have no idea what is going on in the world and with the government and everything. just not interested.

i'm mostly concerned about social issues and the crumminess of government but just cannot really tolerate it anymore, especially since nothing can really be done other than just waiting for people to get with it. lol

only murder in the news in florida? hmmm i must not be watching the right news, then. mostly i see about kidnappings and alligators, and a lot of news about the weather. and drug busts. murders don't stand out so much as the only news...

he exaggerates things a bit. and it was probably surprising to him since there are only like one or two murders here in a year.

and he was in las vegas a couple months ago and commented on how there were so many middle eastern people everywhere and that he was pretty sure some of them had to of been terrorists.

he's not the brightest apple on the tree. lol

i was in vegas in december and all i saw were asians. granted i was staying with my roommate's family and they are all thai, but it didn't seem like anyone didn't have an accent at least. and i am talking about the people who worked there!

i have books that are kind of stolen. only because i checked them out but never returned them and they never bothered hounding me about it. i have a katherine mansfield book that i checked out of a library tht i've only been to that one time like five years ago and just forgot that i had it until a couple years ago. then at my school's library, i check out so much stuff all the time that i just forget that i have them and they must not have been keeping track of it because i've found stuff again that i just forgot that i had. i found one book in my car and a classical cd in my cd collection. i'll return them when i'm done with school probably or wait until they have their yearly "you can bring in any overdue stuff and we won't charge you like eighty dollars for them being out so long" that they have for about a week ( ... )
