Go here for instructions on how to install it. I've included the admin console file with the gifs (and it includes the right gif size, which is 100 x 75 px).
I've also included some variants of a few moods, and those would be "artistic", "horny", "crazy" and "predatory" (come on, this is Connie we're talking about). So if you're installing the theme through the console and not the mood theme editor, just replace the name of the mood with the name of the particular variant you want to use (hornytorsten.gif instead of horny.gif and so on). If you're using the editor, just upload whichever gif you like the best.
If you think the choice I made for a particular mood is weird and have another shot/another Connie character in mind that'd work better, drop me a line and I'll be more than happy to make you a new variant:) If it is indeed giffable to a 100 x 75 px 40 kb image, that is! I was deliberately evil and/or silly with some of the choices. (I'm proud of "optimistic" in particular... *g*)
