The 100 greatest movie insults of all time. They cheated a bit by including some telly shows, though--and they should clearly make some with some LoM and B7 insults. *g*
I came across Top 6 Yoga Poses for Back Pain the other day and the simplified pigeon asana has done wonders for my back. Definitely recommending that stuff. OTOH, whoever designed the page forgot to resize the first picture, so it may take a while to load if you're on a slow connection (the bugger links to a 3000 px image even when the pics on the page itself are meant to be about 300 px wide. D'ohh). And I'm trying to get back to doing ashtanga again, but it seems I'll never ever learn how to move into some of the poses, especially the push-up one. Ug. I'm starting to suspect there's something in those particular movements that really hits my spatial/sequencing blind spot and that's why I keep falling on my face. Not that that particular bit ever stopped me before--I used to fail at it anyway because my humongous norks kept hitting the floor, even when I was at my slimmest, so my body probably isn't ever going to be optimally designed for some positions. I did three sun salutations yesterday and sweat was pouring down my face in rivulets. The hot weather and the thermogenic amino acid supplements I've been taking didn't help. But at least I seem to have burned down more flab, which is of the good.
Aanyway. I'll leave you with pretty gay porn on my adult tumblr. This photo reminds me of our RPS chatporns so much it hurts. It's the morning light in a hotel room and the tangled sheets and the slow, easy play and the guys just enjoying each other. *sigh* WANT.
