Wow - so many interesting things!

Holy moly, that's one BIG cat! Not sure I'd want him jumping into my lap - he might break something. But he's a very handsome fellow.

Vendetta_UK's manips are all gorgeous, but those last two are just...RAWR. The Master's looking pretty cheerful for a dead guy.

The Derren Brown thing IS pretty amazing. I really want to see him explain it!

And Ulalume is a beautiful poem, I agree. I'd love to hear Gareth or PD recite it.

Yeah, a Noki-sized cat in your lap is bad enough.

And heh, one thing that gave the manippiness away on the last Master one was that it was such a cheerful pic--that's how I recognised it to be more John than the Master. The Master's smile never reaches his eyes, except perhaps when he's directly torturing the Doctor (how apt)!

And they've already started a blog for people's theories about the prediction! I favour #6 myself:).

And mmmm. Ulalume is lovely. And Gareth reading that would be v. yummy, even though I hear it in a younger man's voice. Darrow would probably just chew through it;).

How long is Noki from nose to tail, and how much does she weigh?

Now if I had measuring tape, I'd know. She's around 80 centimetres from nose to tail, I think. And the last time she went to the vet's, she said Noki was around eight kilos (girl still needs to lose weight, sigh).

That's still pretty long (my girls are little!) but she's not as heavy as that big guy. He's around 16kg, and 120cm long, I calculate. But then, Noki's a girl. I'll have to measure my girls, but I was round at a friend's today and they have two boys not even a year old, and they're a lot bigger.

Yeah, she isn't anywhere near as big as that guy--he's huge! OTOH, she's usually so big people mistake her for a tom--I've known loads of toms who were smaller than her. Give your girls scritches from me!

Oh! I am so glad you like Poe! I was thinking of you when I was reading it--I had to recite it out loud because it was so nummy. I was wondering if you liked that sort of thing too, and I'm so glad you do:D. And heh, Bells makes me run out of breath:).

And Derren scares the living crap out of me sometimes. HE IS A TIME LORD.

I haven't seem any of Derren Brown's programmes, but I've seen some of the trailers in the last few days. I'd never set eyes on him before, and my first reaction was: "It's the Master!" I haven't seen anyone who looked so properly Masterly since Anthony Ainley.

So it's clear how he does his tricks. He simply hypnotises the whole viewing audience into believing that he's done them. :)

You should watch everything he's ever done, immediately. *g* I think most of his stuff is up on the C4 website and everything. He really is frightening at times. And yes, he can be totally Masterly:D. (They should just cast him as the Master next!) He's even mates with Tennant and has hypnotised him a few times.
