I just checked and I can capture YouTube using the Opera video-download widget to save as flv and then VLC. There is a similar thing for Firefox somewhere. I always download clips because my computer is too rubbish to play them. even with broadband.
I know there's a thingummy for it somewhere, but I haven't been able to take screencaps from the format it saves them in. Grar. Even though Drag!Colin has run away and I cry bitter tears:(.
I would, if the twunts hadn't removed it due to some copyright shite. Why some clip off daytime tv has been removed and yet the place is chock-a-bloc with FULL DOCTOR WHO STORIES, I just don't know. *stabbity*
I made some caps from Colin's cabaret video when you first posted it - they're here.
I just kept whacking pause on the YouTube playback and using Gimp's Acquire Screenshot command to capture the browser window, so the selection is limited, but you're welcome to play with what's there.

I might not join the comm since I'm not that much of a Six fan in general, even though I love Colin to bits:).
