I have no idea how to do it either! I saw you listed in my profile as 'also has access from' and I clicked on 'Subscribe' and 'Give Access To' but you show up in a different spot than DIG and Divertasz so I don't know whY???

I don't know why either :) I'm still trying to figure this out!

I think that you have to "claim" your openID account...I think

This, I think. I went through the "claim this open ID" thing and now all my open-id comments have my icon on them. It was pretty painless to go through, but I didn't immediately realize I needed to go through the extra step.

I love that we're all learning this together \o/

I love that we're learning together too :) I just wish we had an older, more experienced sister or something who could just clear everything up at once!

I think I did that? I mean, I went through those steps last night, so it should have worked by now, I would have thought. But I'm still seeing double - both "oakstone730" (DW) and "oakstone730" (LW/openID) in the list. (That's just one example out of many)

OpenID relates to LJ accounts, so it's completely separate from DW accounts even if both have the same name.

Thanks!

So I'm assuming that if someone has a DW account, that I don't also need to give them access on their OpenID account? It would keep things neater if I could get rid of the extraneous OpenID accounts listed in the circle, but it's not a big deal either way :)

Correct! The OpenID account's access is irrelevant to the DW account's access.
