OMG! This list! It's got a ton of my favourite authors on it, and then I'm overwhelmed that you picked THREE of my fics to be on there! Wow. I'm so glad that you enjoyed my stories so much to include them with these others. Gosh. I'm just going to flap quietly to myself for a bit, over here in the corner.

Oh you have no idea how much I love In the Company of a Rubber Duck! I even made my husband read part of the first bit, which I never do. (He didn't really get it though, sadly. He doesn't really get fanfiction at all, but I tried).

I keep trying to make sure I don't just fill these lists with the same authors over and over, but if a fic is good it's good, darnit, and your fics are so good!

So many amazing stories here. GOD!

I know you shy away from epic-length but one of these days you should try to read Turn by saras-girl. Good god, that story is amazing!

Yes! It's on my to-read list. I know she's a good author, so I've been meaning to read it, but every time I see the 300K length I get cold feet and put it off :( The longest piece of Drarry fanfiction I've ever read was Anna Fugazzi's Bond, which is 200K and which was totally worth it. So I really should just read it already!

I second that you should read Turn. All time fave for me, and I'm not a longfic lover, usually.

Thank you so much for writing so many wonderful fics! Indeed, I broke one of my own (unspoken) rules for you: when I started these lists I wanted to keep them from getting too long and out of control so I told myself 'try to list no more than three fics by a given author in one year'. And then you went and wrote 4 amazing fics in 2013 (actually 5 but I cheated and lumped Don't Think Twice and It's All Right together as one)! I think I broke this rule for faithwood in 2009 as well, but that's it. So much for my 'rules'.

I did! It was very well written and compelling. And the scenes of them flirting and being so happy to be with each other (for different reasons--Harry is ecstatic to have found Draco again while Draco is just charmed) were sweet and lovely. I have more fics by you on my to-read list now :)
