Yikes. Long time since I've posted here. Life's just been crazy, as usual. One thing after another...broken down cars, work overloads, looking after dad and animals, kid stuff...just EVERYTHING. Not even sure I could fit it all in here to catch things up. But maybe I can cover the most important bits and pieces ( Read more... )

Glad you hear from you. You take care.

I think Chicka has more baggage than was apparent at first. Good luck there. {lama spit, yuck}

I feel for postal workers in this season. A friend sorts mail here, she says it's 45 days of pure hell. *hugs*

Congratulations again on the contest! I'm very happy for you, especially since it was the first time you participated. The competition was so strong for this one. (Btw, it makes me very happy when writers enjoy reading the contests stories, too.)

Good luck with Chika and with your job. Hopefully it's just a matter of time before both settle down. I hope you're able to hang on until that happens.

*HUGS*

I'm sure if anyone can get the new llama to settle down, it will be you. Poor thing, must be so confused as to why she's in a new environment. I'm glad to hear you Dad is doing alright and that you and soon-to-be ex are getting along better. I think of you with a tinge of sympathy as this season comes around. I know how long the lines at the post office are here, and how much more mail has to be delivered. Hold onto the fact that January will be here before we know it. ^_^

My eyes are rolling around in my head. And I thought I had issues. Anyway, hang in there, us random strangers and readers of your work are pulling for you. Take your time with the fanfics, though we all know the rabid fan in all of us are going "GET A BLOODY MOVE ON YOU LAZY COW!" But I digress, my nicer side at least today is more in charge, though if ANOTHER cat gets a bloody *snicker* hematoma and need a visit to the vet and a likely expensive procedure, I'll burst and just shoot the poor animal, beloved family pet or not, and it wouldn't even be me paying for it. Yeesh. First Blackie's ear, now George's front leg. Blimey. Anyway, good luck and hope you can keep a shred of insanity in tact, James.
