I'd try eating something soothing to start with, something that will coat your stomach. Maybe some milk.

Hey, it's nice to see that you've found yourself a job! As much as I might grumble about having to get up and go to work and all that, I think it's nice to have some structure and a purpose, you know? For me, it's also something to distract myself sometimes from, you know, all the questions.

Yes, it's much more comfortable than the temporary housing. I suppose that's the point.
