Earthquake

Todays 5.8 earthquake in So. Cali was about 10 - 15 miles away from where I live and was one of the strongest I've ever felt. It lasted about 15 - 20 seconds and a DVD box I had standing on edge atop the dresser, fell to the floor. The TV doesn't report any damage in the area, but the rides at Disneyland have been shut down.

I'm with you with that desire. I love the humidity and darkness of wet caves.

The rides would likely have been an E-ticket adventure if they were still using the ticket books.

We felt it here, too. It felt like it lasted for about 8-10 seconds for us. The cats didn't stir at all, but I felt like the couch was shaking.

Thanks for your concern. Experiencing a strong earthquake is a bit like taking a thrill ride at an amusement park, except for the decision of choosing to get on the ride.
