I'm really torn. I'd envisaged reading in a hammock from the first time we saw the garden, but I was looking at trampolines yesterday and am very tempted. Hmm, maybe it doesn't have to be an either/or thing...
I have it in my head that I first saw the fox onna trampoline link on your journal, but that can't be the case because then you'd already have made your decision.
I'd never seen that before! But oh my, with four foxes currently playing in the back garden every morning a trampoline is clearly a necessity! I'm sure I could lounge on it with a book too.
Now that our tree is fully leafy it puts about a quarter of the garden in shade, which is just perfect in terms of letting me read in the shade with my feet in the sun! Oh, I am enjoying having a garden.
I love trampolines - when I was a teenager one of my mother's colleagues taught me to do aerial back somersaults (he was a trained trampoline coach) which made me feel like a circus acrobat. Although that may be a reason not to get one, as I possibly shouldn't try that at 30, without a coach on hand.
