I had work today. Dear lord it was slow. I made maybe 3 sales and got off an hour early because there was nothing to do. I drove Cassidy back and forth though! I have my driving test again on Friday and hoping for the best

"Some of us can't afford Brand, but still want to wear Lolita. Sure, we can save the heck out of our money but we don't have the discipline like you do. Sure, that's an excuse but we choose to be that way."
It doesn't matter what you look like, if you're a bitch in brand, you're a bitch. If you're a sweetheart in off-brand or replica items.. well, you, my dear, are a sweetheart. That's my two cents. :3
The debate about brand vs. replica... Sure, replicas are nice, but when you have the brand dress, there is no feeling like that. Especially when its yours after saving up for it/taking a second job just for that purpose. <3
Don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong with replicas... Hell, I have three in my closet at the moment, in fact.
... I just tend to spend my money on music items/CDs instead of lolita these days anyway xDDD
And there are a BUNCH of bitches in Brand it looks like. Though, I have heard stories of bitches in off-brand and Bodyline so I guess it goes both ways. Though that Nazi Party was just too much. I agree with the Hypocrites post I spotted...apparently there are a bunch of them everywhere. One that ticked me off the most was someone was actually going to gather names and contact information and send it off to Brand companies and let them know that the person(s) are wearing replicas. If I knew who that was I would ask that person if they're planning on reimbursing me for the money I spent and if they're going to buy the actual dresses. If not, she can stick her Brand-whoring-kiss-ass-shit up her million dollar petti.
I do want a Brand dress...<3 Like I said, I want my dream dress in Brand and not a replica. It's so pretty! :D
All of my dresses are Bodyline! 'Cept for my Fantastic Dolly Replica. :P
Still don't know yet... I have invested a lot in it. Some things I am getting rid of though... including some pettis and probably some bloomers as well. I want one really good petti that I'll order in the next week. Classical Puppets. The other two are going to some just-starting-out lolita that have not taken the plunge.. though they love the style.
Most of my stuff is Bodyline also x'D I'm not putting it down at all. I would, however like to branch out a bit.. Get some stuff from some lesser known places. Not just 'BRAND' brand. Doll Delight is one that I would recommend. She has an eclectic mish-mosh style in the items that she makes... Though most are wa-loli inspired... and them hair bows are HUUUUGE <3
TL;DR: Ely likes the lolita look for photoshoots and such.. I can't leave it behind. I can only go forward and try for the style I think would suit me... ouji.
But then again, many lolita also dabble in ouji and kodona, so I shouldn't have a problem doing the same. Just gotta lose weight to have the boyish look.... I'm trying!
Also... there are replicas of everything. x'D what good could come out of sending a 'BLACKLIST' to the brand companies? Do they honestly think the company would read it or do anything at all? They sure as hell don't have the time for that kind of bitchiness/pissing and moaning. I would hope they'd in fact, ban the girl from buying from them. HAHAHA WOULD SERVE HER RIGHT!! Dharma is a bitch 8'D
