a rainy day..

So this afternoon i started running and preparing for track. Man i got my work cut out for me. Its not that im out of shape, i just haven't really pused myself to do it before. And Billy wasn't helping matters. He wanted me to run 4 miles on my first day! I don't think so. I have to work my way up to that. But im not gonna give up, There have been ( Read more... )

im not that good yet. id like run a little ways and then id have to stop and walk. and everybody was hollaring at me saying you can't walk! Run! lol

I know! It's SO hard to start. I still remember my first day at a practice... I could barely make it running half a mile and had to stop. And the one mile was the warm-up, hehe. And a friend who recommended me to join kept pushing me (so did the coach) that first day and it was a little frustrating! But, just start and continue at your own pace 'cause the fact that you're actually getting out there is an accomplishment to be proud of. :)
