Not a good listener

So we all know I am not a good listener as I like to think I am. Sadly, I know medical advice says give the hand a rest. But I am so right hand dominate, I can't give it a break. But with the burn down by my thumb, over use makes it hurt more. But good news, I don't need the narco pain meds at work, just at home.

If you need to open perscription pills with those evil child proof twist caps - just press the cap against your stomach, flex, and twist with the good hand. It pops that sucker right off!
