This is soooo good. You've gotten inside of both of their heads so well its just amazing. I love what you added to the fight, how it continued after he left the bathroom, how they were both still gunning for each other which is realistic considering his drunken state and their words to each other.
She wants him to hurt her, I never saw it that way before but it makes perfect sense to me, just as it makes perfect sense that she can't leave him in the bathroom puking his guts up, no amount of harsh words are really going to change how she feels for him.
I'm also so glad you didn't have her crawl into bed with him at the end, there is forgiveness and then there is forgiveness, I can't see her being that compliant with him in this situation that is still so raw.

It's funny, that was my initial take when I watched the fight scene. She started that fight and she started it for a reason. It must have been to put some distance between them and to snap some sense into them both.
I'm so glad that you enjoyed my interpretation and found it realistic. It's such a difficult scene to contemplate, yet so complex and so them. I'm so happy that I've managed to offer a different spin on it for you.
this continues to be amazing. You've got Laura and Bill's characterization so dead on, I absolutely see this being the aftermath of the six of one fight. Just beautiful.
Thank you so much. I'm so happy that you found the characterizations accurate. It's really important to me to try to stay as true to character as I can manage, so it's always a relief to find out that I've succeeded. :)
I'm so very glad you enjoyed the angst. And I promise not to kill you. Or at least, I hope not. I can't make any promises. But I hope you enjoy the rest!
It's so in character, really it's like I'm watching BSG (well, better because there's more of A/R). I like your version of six of one, is very real. thank you for another amazing chapter :)
Thank you so much. It's really lovely to know that you're enjoying it and think that the story I'm telling is true to the characters. I hope you enjoy the rest!
I love that you didn't make things better. I love that Laura is the caretaker this time, but that, in the aftermath of the argument, just can't let herself connect with him how she'd like. And I love the mood of this. Well done.
(((larsi))) Thanks! Thinking about this scene always makes my heart hurt. It's so wonderfully raw and complex. I'm so glad I managed to do it justice in your opinion.
