Amazon Wish Lists are a decent way of exchanging gift ideas with remote friends and family, but I have never liked that until recently the list only included Amazon products

I think that Amazon themselves have a button you can put on any browser as a shortcut. They've had this functionality for some time now!

Yep - this Firefox extension is from Amazon. I just could not find it on their website.
