My banner making skills are rusty and the text is a blatant ripoff from the Fifty Shades of Grey movie tagline, but dammit I had fun making something new to celebrate the special guest at bad_swa.

Also, I kind of want to make this into a fic...or let someone else turn it into a fic. I'm easy that way. :P

I wouldn't say that I do art. I mostly just play around in photoshop when the muse strikes and review lots of tutorials to help me figure some things out.

What is art but play, experimentation, trial and error, learning and relearning?

Believe me sweetie I've been there, am there still - my honey is the "visual artist in the family" and I thought it was my duty, oddly enough, to not "compete" or overlap "her territory".

Actually doing fanart here especially since February and learning digital editing skilz is helping me claim "artist" as part of my identity and take my photography and other talents more seriously; and it's made me really want to learn more.
