Saw a product in the supermarket catalogue the other day. This one I won't be trying! Chocolate dipped potato chips. I mean.. really??? Are they trying to grab the market on both sweet and savoury eaters? I like both... but please... I don't need double the calories!

I can't imagine the taste being anything resembling nice.

I don't know if you have ever had a candybar like take 5, but it's a pretzel covered in peanut butter, coated in chocolate. There's your sweet + salty...it is sooo very good. I don't eat them anymore for obvious reasons. Potato chips and chocolate? I don't know. Sounds...kinda icky. Is a potato chip substantial enough to handle a chocolate coating? meh. I'd skip it.

Haven't had take 5. Maybe the chip and chocolate would taste kinda biscuity... but I just can't imagine it. I suppose because I enjoy those two flavours serarately. I eat my food separately too (a lot of people mix things on their plate but I like the taste of things individually :))

Only a conservative when it comes to food. I just don't like mixing my sweet and salty. I'm a purist.
