Ahhh this makes me nostalgic and slightly sad remembering old Bigbang/gtop, but sad in a good way! I like reminiscing about when they're younger. And I liked how you kept it pretty light and gtop's relationship ambiguous but friendly enough. Hinting at a future to come for them and even the band.

Also sigh at Seunghyun feeling down. I hope he's feeling a bit better after the tour now.

I love to think about their 'early' period, especially gtop, their friendship back then seems so interesting to me. So I had to write this to get it out of my system, haha.

Glad that their relationship seemed a bit ambiguous (but have it still be obvious they're also good friends) because that was rather what I went for here. Well, I feel that their relationship has always been rather ambiguous, but back then even more perhaps because they hadn't found the right 'pattern' yet to work with, all of it (their role in the band, their role with each other) would fall in place later I suppose.

Seeing as the filming and the tour are over, I assume TOP's less stressed now and also feeling better! He does seem happy enough lately in any case :)

This is already on my fic re list, though I must admit I have it down under gen rather than gtop because much as there are little moments of something it's mostly a really wonderful piece focusing on their relationship as friends. You really capture Seunghyun's excitement at the prospect of making a career out of music and Jiyong's excitement at having found someone who can keep up with him.

I'm honoured to be on your rec list! Is it already finished or still a work in progress? I can understand it being put under gen, even though I wrote it as gtop. I'm a big fan of subtlety. I suppose the best label would be pre-gtop: the signs of what's yet to come are already there but neither of them are really sure about it (both their dynamic towards each other and their role in Big Bang. It's like a formative stage and that makes it so interesting to write about.)

You need to let me know asap if you ever get round to writing the moment that they ACTUALLY work out that they need to get together (maybe you have written that moment and I just haven't found it yet of course) or basically anything revolving around other people being singularly unimpressed by their failure to understand what needs to happen between then
