Five gtop drabbles (happy birthday Jiyong!)

Girls -> They're nineteen (twenty) and the world is within their grasp.
Hiking -> Of course they prove rubbish at the actual hiking: Jiyong's stamina isn't exactly as it should be and Seunghyun wastes his with pointless sprints.
Airport -> TOP's a a man of principles, that's for sure. GD, he's much more of the pragmatic kind.

i really really like this. it's very well written, and the dynamics of the relationship between those two are sososo ugh i can't even find the right word. the familiarity of being together all the time, the inside jokes and secretve smiles and tangeant tension...all in the way you described it, it had me really hanging on every word, waiting for it to unfold. and that last one, at the bday party, was freaking perfect because:"Why do all these people get to kiss you and I don't?" <3

The best thing about this is that Seunghyun would actually do this kind of thing because he's blunt like that (and doesn't get awkward / embarrassed the way Jiyong does)

Oh, I know what you mean all right. When I'm writing fic I don't really have problems defining their dynamic, but to describe it in actual words is much more difficult. They are best friends but there's also that big attraction between them; they are very comfortable around each other but at the same there's this residual awkwardness. It's just fascinating to be honest, they're my favourite relationship in Big Bang by far :)

you're so right! and there's also the fact that they've known each other before Bigbang, when Seunghyun was still fat and even at that time, they were friends, and i just feel that they have so much history together, and they're both rappers and write lyrics and understand each other musically wise on a level even their bandmates can't reach, and they're both part of Nuthang and and and...i don't know, seems to me like they, out of all of BB's members, put that much more effort into spending extra time together and, like you said, they're comfortable around each other but there's something else there too

And I read them not like drabbles but like the whole story. LIke "airports" and "birthday" parts the most ))

I really like the way you write about them because I can actually see this happening. They're really close friends and then we can see some tension in the air sometimes. Don't need to say that I adore their secretive glances, probably GTOP is better out of cameras (and how I wish I could see it).

I liked all drabbles, but my favourite is the last one, because it's longer.

That friendship/something-more dynamic is really interesting to me, both to watch when they interact and to explore in writing. I don't think I'll ever tire of it, to be honest.

i really love how you portrait seunghyun and jiyong. Their interaction, the relationship, the chemistry. It feels somehow real and make sense. You put some really nice atmospheres onto each themes and i can easily picture them in my head. I had a great time reading it, thank you ^^

And that whole gtop working-out story - I still can't believe that is actually canon. I also don't get why there haven't been any fan fics about that, but then again, maybe no-one thinks they can top Kwon Jiyong's version ;-)
