I have the boring, grown-up answer: I'd pay off our house and loans and put money away for Danger's college. THEN I would buy some really expensive shoes.

Your "boring, grown-up answer" is disturbingly similar to my "24-going-on-40" answer...

I read somewhere that when money falls into your lap it's a good idea to buy yourself a present before putting it aside!
