Medi-Cal petition

So when I went into work yesterday, I find that we are attempting to inform our pharmacy patients about possible upcoming Medi-Cal cuts and asking them to sign a petition against it. I believe this is a chain-wide thing in Cali (miss_skillet c/d?), so I would highly encourage anyone picking up prescriptions at the big W to sign the petition available. Posted

it won't affect the big chains much, but the independent pharmacies will die.

and no competent pharmacist will screw over their legitimate medi-cal patients just to mess with a few abusers

besides, the money saved won't put much of a dent in the state's budget problems
