I'm wondering if Donna may return in some form or another, because I think she could be that mystery woman who talked to Wilf and was seen with the Time Lords. The Doctor appeared to know who she was, and he looked at Donna later on when Wilf asked about her.
But if this is actually the case, who knows if Moffat will care to develop it further. He may not even acknowledge that moment in the future, let alone having us find out who she really is.
I thought Donna would have a much bigger role considering her connection to the Timelords. But no, she collapses in the street.
I thought the scene where Ten was reluctant and angry to save Wilf (instead of being noble as a hero should be) would get a lot darker because of things hinted at during Waters of Mars but it was just a little hissyfit. Oh well.
